Our currency support is heavily dependent on the pricing model you use.

Please make sure to read this page to understand what currency you should be sending us prices in and setting your listing as.

Host Payout Currency

The currency set using the Create a listing or PATCH Listing endpoint is always the currency the host will be paid out in. We currently only support 7 currencies for host payouts:

  • £ (GBP)
  • € (EUR)
  • $ (USD)
  • ₪ (ILS)
  • kr (DKK)
  • $ (AUD)
  • $ (NZD)

Currency & Pricing Models

Length of Stay Pricing: We support all currencies for the rates. We only support 7 currencies for host payout.

Seasonal Pricing or Custom Nightly Pricing: We only support our 7 payout currencies for the rates.

Length of Stay Pricing

For Length of Stay pricing, the currency set using the Create a listing or PATCH Listing endpoint will be the currency the host will be paid out in but does not have to be the currency of the rates you send us.

When you send Length of Stay pricing you can define the currency of the rates you are sending. We can support all currencies for rates sent using Length of Stay pricing but we will still only be able to pay the host in our 7 supported currencies.

Examples

  • If your host wants to be paid in USD but send pricing in MXN, you would set the listing currency as USD using the PATCH Listing endpoint and set the Length of Stay CurrencyCode as MXN.
  • If your host wants to be paid in USD and send pricing in USD, you would set the listing currency as USD using PATCH Listing and set the Length of Stay CurrencyCode as USD.
  • If your host wants to be paid in anything other than our 7 supported host payout currencies, this is not possible.

Seasonal Pricing or Custom Nightly Pricing

For Seasonal Pricing or Custom Nightly Pricing, the currency set using the Create a listing or PATCH Listing endpoint will be the currency the host will be paid out in AND the currency of the rates you send us.

Examples

  • If your host wants to be paid in USD but send pricing in MXN, this is not possible. The host has to send pricing in one of our 7 supported currencies.
  • If your host wants to be paid in USD and send pricing in USD, you would set the listing currency as USD using
    PATCH Listing.
